前言金属构件的连接,早期各国均采用铆钉连接。但由于劳动强度大、费工、费料、噪音大、析除困难等缺点而逐渐被焊接代替。目前一些工业发达国家,如美国、英国、日本、加拿大等又逐渐采用高强度螺栓来安装金属构件。宝钢电厂全部设备由日本引进,主厂房、锅炉钢架、电气除尘器、输煤线桥等均采用金属构件,并用高强度螺栓连接,其中一部份螺栓由上海先锋螺栓厂生产,质量与日本引进的无差别。高强度螺栓用高强度钢材制成。宝钢电
