近几年来,唐市镇领导重视组织干部群众大搞农田水利建设,取得显著成效。在今年百年罕见的特大洪涝灾害下,该镇3.9万亩水稻仅1500余亩受淹2天,后期长势旺盛,预计秋熟单产仍可望超过千斤;1.2万亩鱼池损失轻微;98家村镇企业中仅有8家半停产2天,今年全镇工业产值、利润预计可分别比去年增长45％和15％;7380家农户中没有一家进水受淹的。群众反映,我们镇洪涝之年没有受灾,关键在于大搞了农田水利建设,我们的主要经验如下;
