每个学生素质不同、基础不同,接受知识的能力和效率是不一样的。学生的接受能力有差异,教师教的东西自然有些同学学得好,有些同学差一些。所以就有了三类学生,即基础薄弱的学生、中等学生、优等学生。我们可以在课堂上针对不同能力的学生,布置不同的教学任务,达到不同的教学目标。对他们进行课堂分层、作业分层、课后辅导分层。分层教学是因材施教的重要途径,也符合“为了每一个孩子的成长,不放弃每一个孩子”的教育理念。
Each student has different qualities, different backgrounds and different abilities to accept knowledge and efficiency. The acceptability of students are different, the teacher taught some students to learn something natural, and some poor students. So there are three types of students, that is, weak foundation students, secondary students, top students. We can arrange different teaching tasks for students with different abilities in the classroom to achieve different teaching objectives. Classify them in class, classify their work and classify them after class.
