介绍生产重轨的万能轧机的孔型系统特点,以及全长断面尺寸控制的难点,分析在不同张力情况下的尺寸变化规律,并对咬入和甩尾阶段的轨高尺寸变化进行研究。结果表明,连轧张力对钢轨轨高和底宽影响较大;成品道次采用单机架、单道次轧制,可以有效消除尾端轨高波动的现象。
The characteristics of the pass system of the universal mill for production of heavy rail and the difficulty in controlling the dimension of the full length section are introduced. The dimensional changes under different tension conditions are analyzed, and the track height changes during the biting in and the tailing phase are studied. The results show that the tension of continuous rolling has a great influence on the height and bottom width of the rail. The single-pass and single-pass rolling of finished pass can effectively eliminate the high fluctuation of tail rail.
