对高速重轨钢在抽真空过程中发生喷溅的机理进行分析,发现真空室内含有氧化性积渣以及真空度的快速下降是导致喷溅的主要原因。结合生产实践,提出了控制真空度、真空室内积渣及优化驱动气体模式和碳粉、锰铁加入时间等改进措施,取得了较好的效果。
The mechanism of splashing in high speed heavy rail steel during vacuuming was analyzed. It was found that the vacuum chamber containing oxidized slag and the rapid decrease of vacuum were the main causes of splashing. Combining with the production practice, some improvements, such as control of vacuum, accumulation of slag in vacuum chamber, optimization of driving gas mode, addition of carbon powder and ferromanganese, etc., are put forward and good results are achieved.
