教师性别是儿童个性发展的重要影响因素,幼儿园教师性别严重失衡对儿童造成的负面影响已引起社会特别是教育界的关注。中国传统文化中夫为妻纲、“身体化”倾向以及“二人”关系倾向等特征对男性幼儿教师出现稀缺问题的影响深远。因此,提高对男幼师缺乏问题的关注,有利于进一步促进幼儿个性的均衡健康发展。
Teachers ’gender is an important factor influencing children’s personality development. The negative impact of kindergarten teachers’ serious gender imbalance on children has caused the concern of society, especially the education community. In traditional Chinese culture, husbands and wives, “body” tendency and “two person ” relationship tendencies and other characteristics of male preschool teachers have a profound impact on the issue of scarcity. Therefore, raising the awareness of the shortage of male kindergarten teachers is conducive to further promote the balanced and healthy development of child care personality.
