为延长使用周期和便于修理,挖掘机工作装置各主要构件的铰销座孔均设有钢质耐磨衬套。衬套用中碳合金钢经整体调质和内孔表面高频淬火制成,壁厚5~15mm,外径与座孔采用重过盈配合,通常达到H7/u6的水平。 由于工作条件恶劣,销轴和衬套内表面不断磨损,使配合间隙逐渐加大,润滑脂很快流失,泥砂入侵,必须及时更换衬套和销轴,才能恢复正常配合性质。否则,可能使衬套因过度磨损而失去应有刚性,作业时的冲击力通过衬套的薄弱部位直接挤压安装座孔,使之发生塑性变形,造成难以修复。
In order to prolong the service life and facilitate the repair, the hinge pin holes of the main components of the excavator working device are provided with steel wear bushings. The middle carbon steel used for bushing is made of the whole quenched and tempered steel and the surface of the inner bore is made of high-frequency quenched steel. The wall thickness is 5-15mm, and the outer diameter and the seat hole are heavy interference fit, usually reaching the level of H7 / u6. Due to poor working conditions, the inner surface of the pin and bush wear constantly, so that with the gap gradually increased, the rapid loss of grease, mud invasion, the bushing and pin must be promptly replaced in order to restore normal mating properties. Otherwise, the bush may lose its rigidity due to excessive wear. When the work is performed, the impact force directly presses the mounting hole through the weak part of the bush to cause plastic deformation, which makes it difficult to repair.
