建筑用新型铝合金Al-0.7Mg-0.5Si-0.1Y进行了室温10%变形量的预变形处理,进行了显微组织分析以及低温拉伸和低温冲击试验。结果表明,该预变形新型合金的低温拉伸和低温冲击性能均较商用6N01铝合金得到显著提高,其中-80℃抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高125%、6.4%、176%;-40℃抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高了92%、5.4%、113%;-20℃抗拉强度、伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高了57%、4.5%、64%。
The new Al-0.7Mg-0.5Si-0.1Y aluminum alloy for construction was pre-deformed at 10% deformation at room temperature. Microstructure analysis, low temperature tensile test and low temperature impact test were carried out. The results show that the low temperature tensile properties and low temperature impact properties of the new alloy are significantly higher than the commercial 6N01 aluminum alloy, and the tensile strength, elongation and impact absorption energy at -80 ℃ increased by 125%, 6.4%, 176 %; Tensile strength, elongation and impact absorbed power increased by 92%, 5.4% and 113% respectively at 40 ℃; tensile strength, elongation and impact absorption power increased by 57% and 4.5% , 64%.
