我们按田麦久先生的项群理论可以将运动项目进行划分,这样可以找出其中的共性方便我们训练,但是在学校体育教学中也可以进行借鉴运用,将运动项目划分为技战能主导类隔网对抗项群、技战能主导类同场对抗项群、技能主导类难美项群、体能主导类项群四类,在实际教学中我们可将技战能主导类隔网对抗项群与技战能主导类同场对抗项群进行合并,一并称为球类主导类项群,在对球类进行教学我们可以找出其共性进行教学,这样不仅体现出运动项目的效应作用也更加方便教师进行组织教学。本文主要以网球为例对球类阶段过程模式进行探析,给网球教学提供一种新的教学模板,也为其他球类教学改革提供一定的参考与建议。

This paper, taking tennis as an example, probes into the process model of ball stage, provides a new teaching template for tennis teaching and also provides some references and suggestions for other ball course teaching reform.
