研究了均匀化退火加等温正火对20CrMoH齿轮钢组织、硬度及齿轮最终热处理畸变的影响。结果表明,均匀化退火加等温正火处理能够改善20CrMoH钢的带状组织,使硬度分布均匀,并使齿轮的最终热处理畸变量不超过30μm。
The effects of homogenizing annealing and isothermal normalizing on the microstructure and hardness of 20CrMoH gear steel and the final heat treatment distortion of gear were studied. The results show that the homogenization annealing plus isothermal normalizing can improve the strip structure of 20CrMoH steel and make the hardness distribution evenly, and the final heat treatment distortion of the gear does not exceed 30μm.
