我们曾用天津市医药工业研究所试制的异搏定注射液治疗110例快速型心律失常患者,其中男63例,女47例,年龄为9～82岁。病因有冠心病、先心病、肺心病、风心病、心肌炎后遗症、高血压及原因不明等。110例伴发心律失常211次,包括阵发性室上性心动过速看73例(161次),心房颤动伴快速室率者25例(32次)、频发房性早搏者1例(7次)、窦性心动过速者5例(5次)、心房扑动伴快速室率者4例(4次)、结性及室性心动过速者各1例(2次)。
We have used the Tianjin Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry trial of verapamil treatment of 110 cases of tachyarrhythmia patients, including 63 males and 47 females, aged 9 to 82 years. Causes of coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis sequelae, high blood pressure and unexplained causes. Of the 110 patients with arrhythmia, 211 had 73 episodes (161 episodes) of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 25 (32 episodes of atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular rate), and 1 had frequent atrial premature beats 7 times), 5 cases of sinus tachycardia (5 times), 4 cases of atrial flutter with rapid ventricular rate (4 times) and 1 case of nodal and ventricular tachycardia (2 times).
