文章提出了一种适用于平面螺纹螺距测量中的误差测量方法,该方法能克服测头磨损对测量误差带来的影响,建立了误差补偿的数学模型,根据该方法设计了一套平面螺纹误差测量装置,包括机械部件、电气设计并根据测量要求编制了相应测量软件,对采集的数据进行误差补偿得到平面螺纹的螺距误差。最后在三坐标机上对所得试验结果进行比较,验证了驱动头先导的平面螺纹螺距测量方法的有效性。
In this paper, an error measurement method suitable for measuring the thread pitch of a plane thread is proposed. The method overcomes the influence of the probe wear on the measurement error and establishes a mathematical model of error compensation. According to the method, a set of plane thread error Measuring devices, including mechanical components, electrical design and measurement requirements based on the preparation of the corresponding measurement software, the collected data error compensation plane pitch thread pitch error. Finally, the results of the experiments were compared on a three-coordinate machine to verify the effectiveness of the method for measuring the lead thread pitch of the driving head.
