根据前苏联有关文件规定,于1991年在莫斯科附近的弗利亚济诺市“蔡克隆”科研生产企业内建造了这个无反射波试验室。 这个试验室的目的是用于保证民用无线电电子设备:如;电视机、磁带录象机和个人电子计算机等的认证试验。 具体要求是,整套设施用于削弱地板、墙壁、天花板等金属屏蔽的电磁场强度。上述地板、墙壁、天花板系统采用无线电吸收材料来饰面。 无线电吸收层应保证衰减内部表面反射波的信号,当频率在300MHz时为30db,当频率在1KMHz时,为60db。 操作人员在装有辐射设备的工作条件下进行工作时,应具有防放射性辐射。一般工作持续时间为8小时。
According to the provisions of the relevant documents of the former Soviet Union, this nonreflecting wave laboratory was built in 1991 in the “Cai Clone” scientific research and manufacturing enterprise of Fuli Achino, near Moscow. The purpose of this laboratory is to ensure that civilian radio electronic equipment: such as; television, video tape recorders and personal computers and other certification test. The specific requirement is that the entire facility be used to attenuate the electromagnetic field strength of metal screens such as floors, walls, ceilings and the like.
