我厂是国家机械行业重点骨干企业之一,是全国集材拖拉机的唯一生产厂家,现有职工六千余人。主要产品有“集材—50A”拖拉机、“集材—80”拖拉机、12马力小四轮拖拉机和建筑用一吨翻斗车。通过学习、推广满负荷工作法,对照企业管理现状,使我们对这种科学的管理方法有了逐步深刻的了解和认识。认为在新的经营机制条件下,保证承包目标实现,必须“人尽其力,物尽其用,时尽其效”,这是搞活企业、提高效益的有效途径。一、深化配套改革,实现“人尽其力”。
