工业设计是企业实现美学管理目标的主要途径。我国企业的设计创新管理受到企业自身规模、产业属性及地缘文化等多种因素的影响,在现实的产业实践探索中,逐渐形成了市场驱动型和政府协调型两大组织模式,且两大组织模式下又因具体管理机制、资源整合力度的不同细分为若干子模式,表现出组织创新的高度活跃性和主观能动性。这正是我国建设自主创新型国家战略在微观产业层面的生动体现。
Industrial design is the main way for enterprises to achieve the goal of aesthetic management. The design innovation management of our country’s enterprises is affected by many factors such as the scale of the enterprise itself, the nature of the industry and the geography culture. In the actual exploration of industrial practice, the two major organizational modes of market-driven and government-coordinated are gradually formed. Mode and because of the specific management mechanism, the intensity of resource integration is subdivided into a number of sub-models, showing a high degree of organizational innovation initiative and subjective initiative. This is a vivid manifestation of China’s strategy of building an independent innovation country at the micro-industry level.
