对滚动转子式压缩机各运动部件进行了动力学分析,分别按流体摩擦和边界摩擦分析了10处摩擦损失,用Holland承载力分量迭加法计算了动载轴承,建立了完整的动力学模型;还计算分析了摩擦损失分布及各运动件的运动规律,为压缩机的优化设计、提高效率和可靠性提供了依据。 The dynamic analysis of each moving part of the rolling rotor compressor was carried out. The friction loss was analyzed by fluid friction and boundary friction respectively. The dynamic bearing was calculated by Holland load component superposition method, and a complete dynamic model was established. The distribution of friction loss and the motion of each moving part are also calculated and analyzed, which provides the basis for the optimal design of compressor and improving the efficiency and reliability.
