目前,我厂所用的冷挤压设备,机床精度普遍较差,它们都不能很好地满足冷挤压工艺的要求。尽管我们设计和制造了精度很好的挤压模,仍不能挤出精度高的挤压件。为了解决这一矛盾,我们进行了许多探索。对于高度与直径比值较小的零件,因为凸模很短,工作行程较小,我们可以利用模具主体导向,来确保凸、凹模的同轴度。但对于高度与直径比值较大的零件,因为凸模较长,工作行程较长,就不宜采用上述方式了,而只能依靠导柱、导套来导向限位。开始,我们设计了如图1所示的挤压模。
At present, the cold extrusion equipment used by our factory is generally poor in machine accuracy, and they can not meet the requirements of cold extrusion process well. Although we designed and manufactured precision precision extrusion dies, we still could not extrude high precision extrudates. In order to solve this contradiction, we conducted a lot of exploration. For parts with small height-to-diameter ratio, because the punch is short and the working stroke is small, we can use the die body to guide to ensure the concentricity of the punch and die. However, for parts with a large ratio of height and diameter, because the punch is longer and the working stroke is longer, the above method should not be adopted, and only the guide posts and the guide sleeve can be used to guide the position limit. In the beginning, we designed the extrusion die shown in Figure 1.
