本文通过对TC_6钛合金压气机轮盘的试验,研究了具有网篮组织的TC_6盘件的机械性能与α片厚度(b值)之间的关系。试验表明,拉伸强度、疲劳强度和冲击韧性均与lgb呈线性关系,拉伸塑性与b值的关系则具有峰值特性,并获得了它们相应的回归方程式;盘件的蠕变性能和b值之间也具有一定的关系.从而可以通过控制α片的厚度来达到改善TC_6钛合金盘件机械性能的目的。
In this paper, the relationship between the mechanical properties of TC_6 disk with basket and the thickness of α sheet (b value) was studied through the test of TC_6 titanium alloy compressor disk. The results show that the tensile strength, fatigue strength and impact toughness both have a linear relationship with lgb, and the relationship between tensile plasticity and b value has the peak characteristic, and their corresponding regression equations are obtained. The creep property and b value Also has a certain relationship between.Thus can be achieved by controlling the thickness of α-sheet to improve the mechanical properties of titanium alloy disk TC_6 purpose.
