Gas chromatography has been used in organic synthesis chemistry as an efficient, sensitive, rapid and simple separation technique. In recent years, the chromatographic method has been developed from the analysis and identification of raw materials, intermediates and products to directly determine the reaction yield in the self-reaction system, which provides favorable conditions for the reaction miniaturization, shortening the experimental period and simplifying the experimental operation.
