通过分别在结晶器铜管内弧面、外弧面和侧面的不同位置埋设 16支热电偶 ,并采用相应的测温软件 ,测定了不同拉速下铜管温度随浇注时间的变化关系 ,计算了不同高度上结晶器热流分布 ,分析了拉速对结晶器传热的影响。结果表明 ,开发的测温系统能够测量出铜管的温度场 ,结晶器热流与拉速之间没有明显的规律性变化
Sixteen thermocouples were embedded in different positions on the arc surface, outer arc surface and side surface of the mold copper tube, and the corresponding temperature measurement software was used to measure the change of copper tube temperature with the pouring time under different drawing speeds. The heat flow distribution of the mold at different heights was analyzed and the effect of casting speed on the heat transfer of the mold was analyzed. The results show that the developed temperature measurement system can measure the temperature field of the copper tube and there is no obvious regular change between the heat flux and the pulling speed of the mold
