一九五四年中学教育会議以後,全國各地區依据政务院“關於改進和發展中学教育的指示”的精神,都重視和加强了对学校的視察工作,也取得了一些經驗和成績。如有的地區明確地認識到,進行教育視察必須通过教学工作,从教学效果上來檢查学校貫徹方針政策的情况。有的地區不僅建立了教育視察机構,配备了專職視察員,而且開始实行了分區負責的視察制度,並对学校進行了普遍的、經常的視察。有的地區在視察方式上也創造了不少办法,如联合視察、重點視察、專題視察、分片分區視察、不同類型学校的視察等等。而且在進行視察前,一般都有較好的準备,因而能有計劃地進行工作,同時通过这一工作也培养、教育了不少的視察幹部。这些經驗和成績是很宝貴的,它为我們今後進一步開展工作打下了一个好基礎。可是,我們的視察工作也还存在一些問題,还不能滿足我們工作任务的要求。根据一年來工作的情
After the 1995 secondary education conference, all regions in the country valued and strengthened their inspections of schools and obtained some experience and achievements in the spirit of the “Instruction on Improving and Developing Secondary Education” issued by the State Council. At the same time, a lot of inspectors have also been trained and educated through this work. These experiences and achievements are valuable and lay a good foundation for our further work in the future.
