空投作业的冲击载荷具有过载大、脉冲宽的特点,对空投电子设备的加固提出了新的要求。文中通过地面模拟试验对通信指挥车辆空投系统缓冲特性进行了研究和分析,建立了空投作业动力学模型,推导出载车空投系统冲击载荷表达式,提出了提高空投设备长周期过载适应能力的设计方法,并以此为依据设计了空投缓冲系统。试验结果表明,该系统减震缓冲效果较好,能够满足通信指挥车辆的空投作业要求,对车辆空投系统设计人员具有重要参考价值。
The impact load of the drop operation is characterized by large overload and wide pulse width, and puts forward new requirements for the reinforcement of the drop cast electronic equipment. In this paper, the ground-based simulation test is used to research and analyze the cushioning characteristics of the airdrop system of communication command vehicle.
