气质联用法在应急检测疑似断肠草中毒中的应用

目的快速查找食物中毒原因,为中毒事件的调查提供技术支持。方法根据流行病学调查初步判断为疑似断肠草中毒,应用气质联用技术检测样本中的钩吻碱。结果近两年已处理的4起疑似断肠草中毒事件,共9份检测样品,其中8份中毒样品被检出钩吻碱。结论气质联用法可快速、准确检测中毒样品中的钩吻碱,值得推广应用。 Objective To find out the causes of food poisoning quickly and provide technical support for the investigation of poisoning incidents. Methods According to the epidemiological investigation, we initially determined the suspicion of intestine poisoning, and detected the nitidine hydratase in the sample by GC / MS. Results Four cases of suspected intestinal grass poisoning were treated in the past two years. A total of 9 samples were tested, of which 8 samples were tested for niclosamide. Conclusions The GC-MS method can rapidly and accurately detect nitidine chloride in poisoned samples, which is worth popularizing and applying.
