本文对环丁砜—氯仿溶液从盐酸介质中萃取Au(Ⅲ)进行了研究。探讨了水相酸度、相接触时间、相比及萃取剂浓度诸因素对萃取的影响。研究表明,在pH=3~4.6、Vo/Vw=1∶1,萃取率可达97%以上。在负载Au(Ⅲ)的有机相中,加入[NaOH]=0.5mol·L~(-1)和[Na_2SO_3]=1.0mol·L~(-1)的混合溶液进行反萃取,调到pH=2.0时,反萃取率可达98%左右。根据分配比法确定萃合物的组成为AuCl_3·THSDO。由此可见,环丁砜—氯仿溶液对盐酸介质中的Au(Ⅲ)萃取能力强、速度快、稳定性好、反萃容易,可望用于实际工艺中。
In this paper, sulfolane-chloroform solution was extracted from hydrochloric acid medium Au (Ⅲ) were studied. The influence of the acidity of the aqueous phase, the contact time, the phase ratio and the concentration of the extractant on the extraction were discussed. Studies have shown that at pH = 3 ~ 4.6, Vo / Vw = 1: 1, the extraction rate of up to 97% or more. The mixed solution of [NaOH] = 0.5 mol·L -1 and [Na 2 SO 3] = 1.0 mol·L -1 was added to the organic phase loaded with Au (Ⅲ) 2.0, the stripping rate of up to 98%. According to the distribution ratio method, the composition of the extract was determined as AuCl 3 · THSDO. Thus, sulfolane - chloroform solution on the hydrochloric acid medium Au (Ⅲ) extraction ability, speed, good stability, stripping easy, is expected to be used in the actual process.
