粘膜刺激诱导的蠕动反射,受降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的调控,内源性感觉神经元被肠嗜铬细胞释放的5-HT激活后释放CGRP。此研究利用选择性5-HT_4受体激动剂HTF919和R093877对5-HT_4受体在触发人类小肠蠕动反射及大鼠、豚鼠结肠运动的影响进行了检测。
Mucous stimulation-induced peristalsis reflexes are regulated by calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and release of CGRP is activated by endogenous sensory neurons activated by 5-HT released by enterochromaffin cells. In this study, the effects of 5-HT_4 receptor on human intestinal peristalsis and colonic motility in rats and guinea pigs were examined using selective 5-HT4 receptor agonists HTF919 and R093877.
