本文研究了高温奥氏体化对60Si2MnA钢淬火马氏体形态和性能的影响。研究指出,奥氏体化温度越高,获得板条马氏体的量亦越多,在1000℃奥氏体化淬火,可得到大量的板条马氏体。随着奥氏体化温度的升高,断裂韧性值亦随之增加。由860℃升高至950℃,抗弯强度、抗压强度、梅氏缺口冲击值亦增加。在950℃附近,残留碳化物趋干消失,同时具有峰值的抗压屈服强度和优良的耐磨性能。本文提出了处理60Si2MnA钢制作冷作模具的最佳奥氏体化温度;并指出,加热时间不宜过长,否则导致组织的粗化。用推荐的高温奥氏体化温度处理冷镦螺帽四序冲模,得到了满意的效果,使用寿命提高两倍左右。
In this paper, the effect of high temperature austenitizing on the morphology and properties of quenched martensite in 60Si2MnA steel was studied. It is pointed out that the higher the austenitizing temperature, the larger the amount of lath martensite is and the larger amount of lath martensite can be obtained by austenitizing at 1000 ℃. As the austenitizing temperature increases, the fracture toughness value also increases. Increased from 860 ℃ to 950 ℃, flexural strength, compressive strength, Mech notched impact value also increased. Near 950 ° C, the residual carbide disappears to dryness, with peak compressive yield strength and excellent wear resistance.
