血稀疗法即血液稀释生物平衡疗法。我科自1996年～1998年底对明确诊断的30例脑梗塞住院病人应用此法,同时配合中医辨证施治取得满意效果。现将临床资料报道分析如下。 1 临床资料 本组30例,年龄在40～80岁之间,男24例,女6例。24例为首次发病,6例为第二次发病。急性期病人即病程不足1个月者25例,恢复期病人即病程在1月以上者5例,全部病人神志清楚。诊断符合1986年全国第二次脑血管病学术会议第三次修订的脑血管病的诊断标准和会议通过的对脑卒中的临床研究工作的建议。依据突出的症状和明确的定
Blood thinning therapy is hemodilution biological balance therapy. Our department from 1996 to the end of 1998 on the diagnosis of 30 cases of cerebral infarction inpatient application of this method, at the same time with TCM syndrome differentiation and achieved satisfactory results. Clinical data now report as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 30 cases, aged 40 to 80 years old, 24 males and 6 females. 24 cases of the first incidence, 6 cases of the second incidence. Acute patients that course of disease less than 1 month in 25 cases, the recovery of patients that duration of more than 1 month in 5 cases, all patients conscious. The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria of the third revised cerebrovascular disease in the Second National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1986 and the recommendations of the meeting on the clinical research work on stroke. Based on prominent symptoms and definite set
