本文从材质,热加工工艺,使用条件等诸方面讨论了影响Gcr15滚子冷镦模寿命的因素,提出了盐浴炉加热,内孔及外表面同时淬硬的热处理新工艺。指出:模具原材料材质不纯、非金属夹杂级别过高,是降低模具寿命的先天性因素。热加工过程中,锻造不当、纤维分布不合理;热处理过程中球化退火不合格、淬火加热时严重的氧化脱碳,均会影响模具寿命。此外,滚子料的表面状态,亦为决定模具寿命的重要外因。文章强调了模具寿命是一个多因素课题,必须从各个环节配合解决。本文附28张有关原材料,热加工工艺的金柑照片及图表。
In this paper, the factors influencing the life of cold heading die of Gcr15 roller were discussed in terms of material, thermal processing technology and service conditions. A new heat treatment process of heating in salt bath furnace and simultaneous quenching of inner hole and outer surface was put forward. Pointed out that: the raw material of mold material is not pure, the level of non-metallic inclusions is too high, which is a congenital factor to reduce the mold life. Hot processing, improper forging, fiber distribution is unreasonable; heat treatment during the ball annealing failure, quenching and heating serious oxidation decarbonization, will affect the mold life. In addition, the surface condition of the roller material is also an important external factor that determines the life of the die. The article emphasizes the mold life is a multi-factor issue, must be solved with all aspects. This article includes 28 kumquats photos and charts related to raw materials and thermal processing.
