The concept of tumor angiogenesis was first proposed by Algiro (194), which refers to the growth of tumors that can cause persistent capillary hyperplasia in the host. In the early stage of tumorigenesis, it is at rest due to lack of nutrient supply to blood vessels, and it can only rapidly proliferate when it enters the blood vessel growth phase. The influencing factors of angiogenesis (including growth factors and inhibitory factors)
