农田土壤与腐植土比较,土壤板结容重大,播种深度不适是严重影响农田人参出苗率的重要因素,随着农田栽参的日益发展,探讨农田适宜的人参播种深度尤为必要。试验材料方法试验地选休闲三年的农田地,种子采用处理好的裂口种子(没经挑选)。试验采用裂区设计,主因素为播深,分1厘米、2厘米、3厘米、4厘米、5厘米、7厘米、9厘米七个处理,副因素为扣地膜,分扣膜和不扣膜二个处理。随机排列,三次重复,小区面积0.5平方米。
