知识经济条件下,知识型员工队伍不断扩大,凭借掌握着先进的文化知识,在企业中处于创造知识、利用知识、使知识增值的重要地位,因而成为了企业核心竞争力形成和发展的关键,知识型员工的管理也成为企业人力资源管理的重点。因此,掌握知识型员工的特点并遵循基本的激励原则,充分调动他们的工作积极性,是企业必须重视的工作。
Under the conditions of the knowledge-based economy, the knowledge-based workforce is constantly expanding. With the possession of advanced cultural knowledge, it is in an important position in creating knowledge, utilizing knowledge, and adding value to knowledge in the enterprise, and thus becomes the key to the formation and development of the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The management of knowledge workers has also become the focus of corporate human resource management. Therefore, grasping the characteristics of knowledge-based employees and following basic incentive principles to fully mobilize their enthusiasm for work is a task that companies must pay attention to.
