近几年来,各地就加快建立体现科学发展观要求的党政领导班子和领导干部综合考核评价体系进行试点探索,取得了一定的成效。但也还存在一些亟待解决的问题,如考评标准尚需科学设置,群众作为评价干部的主体地位有待进一步提高,考察人员的人力与素质有待加强和提高。对此,要更加科学地设计考评体系,考评实施的主体应多元化,在重点考核绩效的同时,注重考察民意,也应该更加重视运用考评结果,要把考评结果运用到引导领导干部落实科学发展观上来,运用到合理提拔使用干部上来。
