对钢管和铜管进行了加载方式不同的各项复合应力实验。实验表明,在简单加载情况下?米捷司塑性条件和依留辛塑性应力应变关系理论很能符合实验结果;在主轴固定的复杂加载情况下,上述理论也大致与实验符合;但在主轴回转较大的情况下,则相差较大。 由于采用了自制的电阻丝片测量变形,使变形的测量范围相当大,故使实验结果能相当明确地说明问题。 在完成本实验的过程中,高镇同同志给予了很多有益的建议,胡文贞等同志协助作了许多实际工作,特此说明。 作为对自制电阻丝片测量塑性变形之应用,并验证和推广现有之塑性理论,我们进行了铜管和钢管之复合应力实验工作。
The steel pipe and copper pipe were loaded in different ways of various composite stress experiments. Experiments show that under the simple loading condition, the relationship between plasticity conditions and plastic stresses and strains of Ilyushin is in good agreement with the experimental results. In the case of complex loading with fixed spindle, the above theory is also roughly in agreement with the experiment. However, Larger cases, the difference is larger. As a result of the use of self-made resistance wire deformation measurement, deformation measurement range quite large, so that the experimental results can be fairly clear that the problem. In the process of completing this experiment, many helpful suggestions were made by Comrade Gao Zhan and Comrade Hu Wenzhen and so on, and lots of practical work was done. We hereby explain. As an application to measure the plastic deformation of self-made resistance wire, and verify and popularize the existing plastic theory, we carried out the composite stress experiment of copper pipe and steel pipe.
