目前,国内外研制和使用的真空管集热器都是高温集热器。这些集热器的低温工况效率较低,成本偏高。我所与上海玻璃厂研制成的组合式玻璃真空管集热器(以下简称组合式集热器),由低、中、高温集热管按适当配比组合而成。其中,低温集热管具有结构简单、材料便宜、制造方便以及低温工况效率高等特点。计算和实验表明,组合式集热器比单一真空管集热器的效率高,成本低。
At present, vacuum tube collectors developed and used both at home and abroad are high temperature collectors. These collectors operate at lower temperatures and at lower costs. The glass vacuum tube collector (hereinafter referred to as the combined collector) made by Shanghai Glass Factory and I was made up of low, medium and high temperature collector tubes is made up of appropriate proportion. Among them, the low-temperature heat pipe has the advantages of simple structure, cheap materials, easy manufacture and high efficiency under low temperature conditions. The calculation and experiment show that the combined heat collector has higher efficiency and lower cost than the single vacuum tube collector.
