在高职学生管理工作中,笔者尝试着运用管理心理学中的需要理论、公平理论和期望理论,进行学生管理方法的改革,从而有效地把握了学生思想、心理和行为发展变化的规律,提高了学生管理工作的实效性,收到了较好的效果。
