目前陈列柜普遍采用单根毛细管作为节流装置,在性能方面不能达到很好的效果,造成冷却速度较慢。本文提出采用两根毛细管并联后作为节流装置,通过双毛细管的两条制冷剂的通道并检测双毛细管节流作为节流装置提高了陈列柜的制冷性能。另外,本文还对双毛细管并联节流装置在陈列柜上的实用性进行了验证。结果表明:采用并联的节流装置后,蒸发器的换热效率明显提高;采用两根毛细管并联节流后,形成的两个制冷剂通道互不干涉,解决了因毛细管堵塞造成的陈列柜不制冷的问题,从而节约了售后维修的成本。

This paper proposes to use two capillary tubes in parallel as a throttling device to improve the refrigeration performance of the showcases through the passage of two refrigerant pipes with double capillary tubes and the detection of double capillary throttling as a throttling device. The results show that the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator increases obviously when throttling devices are connected in parallel.
