王盛和在《人才开发》今年第2期撰文认为,目前奖励不公已成为一种社会现象,直接危害着人们的心理健康,导致激励失灵,效应反常。主要表现在: 平均奖。平均奖是目前带有普遍性的奖励方式,多年表现于物质或貨币形态的奖励。其特点是奖品按人头分,奖金随工资走。这种方式,从表面看似乎体现了平等原则,满足了人们的某种心理需要。但是,由于忽视效率,形成劳酬脱钩,责奖分离,势必挫伤劳动者的积极性,让落后者占便宜。轮流奖。轮流奖常见于基层的精神奖励。主要表现为综合先进轮流坐庄,单项先进人人均摊。这种做法,不是以个人的思想品行、工作绩效作为评奖的主要依据,而是背离现实,按荣誉分享,利益均沾,以求一团和气。
