本文从房地产价格分析入手,指出了我国房价持续非理性上涨的客观存在及其危害。并通过成因分析,提出了优化市场供应结构、抑制需求过快增长、完善住房保障体系、规范房地产市场秩序等四个方面的政策调控措施。
This article starts with the analysis of the real estate price, points out the objective existence and harm of the irrational price rise in our country. And through the analysis of causes, this paper puts forward the policy control measures in four aspects: optimizing the market supply structure, restraining excessive demand growth, improving the housing security system and standardizing the real estate market order.
