目的 检测和分析越南中部京族HLA DQA1等位基因的多态性。方法 应用PCR SSP方法对 2 14名健康、无血缘关系的越南中部京族儿童、青年进行HLA DQA1分型。结果 检出 10个HLA DQA1等位基因 ,频率最高的为DQA1 0 10 4 (2 5 .8% ) ,最低的是DQA1 0 6 0 1(1% )。结论 越南中部京族人的HLA DQA1等位基因分布具有民族特征 ,与中国各民族及泰国人的HLA DQA1等位基因分布有差异。
Objective To detect and analyze the polymorphism of HLA DQA1 alleles of Jing people in central Vietnam. Methods PCR SSP method was used to genotype HLA-DQA1 in 2 14 healthy and unrelated Vietnamese children and young people in central Beijing. Results Ten HLA DQA1 alleles were detected with the highest frequency of DQA1 0 10 4 (25.8%) and the lowest one DQA1 0 601 (1%). Conclusion The distribution of HLA DQA1 alleles in Jing people in central Vietnam is ethnic and differs from the distribution of HLA DQA1 alleles in all ethnic groups in China and Thailand.
