针对楔形孔板流量计多个气泡的运动,建立了对孔板流量计内气液两相流动的数学模型.采用贴体坐标系下同位网格的SIMPLE算法解决速度与压力的耦合问题.利用贴体坐标下Level Set方法追踪两相界面的运动.通过模拟结果中节流截面含气律变化的分析,得出混相密度变化才是影响楔形孔板流量计测量精度的主要因素.因此,校正多相流的混相密度值是提高孔板流量计的测量精度,减小测量误差的最佳方法.
Aiming at the movement of multiple bubbles in wedge orifice flowmeter, a mathematical model of gas-liquid two-phase flow in orifice flowmeter was established.The coupling problem between velocity and pressure was solved by SIMPLE algorithm of co-located grid in the body coordinate system The Level Set method is used to track the movement of the two-phase interface under the body-fitted coordinates. The analysis of the variation of the gas-containing law of the throttle section in the simulation results shows that the change of the mixed density is the main factor affecting the measurement accuracy of the wedge-shaped orifice flowmeter. Multiphase flow of mixed phase density value is to improve the measurement accuracy of the orifice flowmeter to reduce the measurement error of the best way.
