目的对广藿香挥发油进一步纯化,得到含广藿香醇更高的产品。方法采用正交试验法优化分子蒸馏技术纯化广藿香挥发油所需温度、进料速度、刮膜转速的最佳工艺参数,采用了弹性石英毛细管柱HP-5,在检测器温度为280℃,气化温度为280℃;分流比为20∶1条件下进行GC法测定,并用内标法定量。考察了蒸发温度对广藿香挥发油提取率的影响以及分子蒸馏技术与传统的水蒸气法的比较。结果利用分子蒸馏提纯广藿香挥发油的最佳蒸发温度为65℃时,广藿香挥发油的质量分数和提取率分别达到40.71%和76.55%。结论分子蒸馏法比传统的水蒸气蒸馏法所得产物中有效成分质量分数和转移率要高,在广藿香挥发油提纯的工业化生产方面有很好的应用前景。
Objective To further purify the volatile oil of patchouli to obtain a higher product with patchoulol. Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the temperature, feed rate and speed of the patchouli essential oil by molecular distillation. The optimum parameters were obtained by using the elastic quartz capillary HP-5. When the detector temperature was 280 ℃, The gasification temperature was 280 ° C; the GC method was used at a split ratio of 20: 1 and was quantified by internal standard method. The effect of evaporation temperature on the extraction rate of volatile oil from Pogostemon cablin was investigated. The comparison between molecular distillation and traditional steam method was also studied. Results When the optimum evaporation temperature of volatile oil of Pogostemon cablin by molecular distillation was 65 ℃, the mass fraction and extraction rate of volatile oil of Pogostemon cablin were 40.71% and 76.55%, respectively. Conclusion Compared with the traditional steam distillation method, the molecular weight fraction and transfer rate of the active ingredient in the product obtained by molecular distillation are higher, and it has a good application prospect in the industrialized production of volatile oil from patchouli.
