劳动法是保护劳动者权益的基本法,立法宗旨在于保护劳动者合法权益,确立、维护用人单位与劳动者之间稳定和谐的劳动关系。我国改革开放后,按市场经济的需要,劳动用工制度也做了大的改革,普遍推行全员劳动合同制。为巩固此改革成果,1994年7月5日八届全国人大常委会第八次会议通过了《中华人民共和国劳动法》。劳动法共分13章107条。劳动法明确规
Labor law is the basic law to protect the rights and interests of laborers. The purpose of legislation is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers and to establish and maintain stable and harmonious labor relations between employers and laborers. After China’s reform and opening up, according to the needs of the market economy, the labor and employment system has also made major reforms and the universal labor contract system has been universally implemented. In order to consolidate the achievements of the reform, the Eighth National People’s Congress Standing Committee adopted the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China on July 5, 1994.
