目的:研究氦氖激光血管外照射对缺血性脑血管疾病疗效的影响。方法:对治疗组65例脑缺血进行氦氖激光血管外照射治疗,并与非激光血管外照射治疗的对照组62例进行对比。结果:与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组全血粘度高低切变值和血浆粘度明显改善(P<0.01);临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:氦氖激光血管外照射治疗能够提高临床脑缺血的疗效,是治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的理想方法之一。
Objective: To study the effect of He-Ne laser extracoronary irradiation on the therapeutic effect of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: 65 cases of cerebral ischemia in the treatment group were treated with He-Ne laser extravascular irradiation and compared with 62 cases of non-laser vascular irradiation control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the values of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the treatment group were significantly improved (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: He-Ne laser extracorporeal radiation therapy can improve the efficacy of clinical cerebral ischemia, which is one of the ideal methods for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
