自1981年siegel提出“红细胞免疫系统”的假说以来,有关红细胞免疫粘附功能与临床疾病的关系已受到人们的日益重视,免疫粘附功能取决于红细胞膜上补体(C3b等)受体内的表达量,多种免疫相关疾病出现红细胞免疫粘附功能异常亦已得到证实。但有关肾功能异常者红细胞免疫粘附功能及其调节因子变化的资料尚未见报道,对此我们做了初步的实验研究。现报道如下: 材料与方法一、研究对象:31例血清肌酐及尿素氮浓度异常者,其中,糖尿病10例,肾炎11例,癌症10例;另有11例为血清肌酐、尿素氮浓度正常
