基因治疗是利用基因工程技术将正常或具有治疗靶向性的基因来纠正或替代异常基因从而达到治疗疾病的医学。目前基因治疗已经应用于遗传性疾病、免疫缺陷性疾病、肿瘤及心血管性疾病等多种类别的疾病的治疗研究。基因药物是基因工程发展的产物,代表性品种有干扰素、alipogene tiparvovec(Glybera)、免疫治疗药物(PD-1抑制剂)和相关抗肿瘤靶向药物,本文整理汇总相关资料信息,总结基因靶向治疗的临床应用进展。
