目的 :为观察tPNS对HCS刺激的VSMC增殖的影响。方法 :通过MTT法和电镜观察法 ,观察了tPNS对VSMC的保护作用。结果 :HCS可明显刺激VSMC增殖并导致其表型的改变 ,而tPNS可呈浓度依赖性抑制VSMC的增殖 (r=- 0 .972 ) ,与对照组相比具显著差异 ;tPNS还可明显抑制HCS对VSMC的刺激增殖作用 ,与HCS组相比具有显著差异。结论 :tPNS可抑制VSMC增殖而抗动脉粥样硬化 ,这种抑制作用没有种属差异性
Purpose : To observe the effect of tPNS on proliferation of VSMC stimulated by HCS. Methods: The protective effect of tPNS on VSMC was observed by MTT assay and electron microscopy. RESULTS: HCS significantly stimulated the proliferation of VSMC and resulted in its phenotypic changes, while tPNS inhibited the proliferation of VSMC in a concentration-dependent manner (r=-0.727), which was significantly different from that of the control group; tPNS also significantly inhibited the proliferation of VSMCs. The proliferation of VSMC stimulated by HCS was significantly different from that of the HCS group. Conclusion: tPNS can inhibit the proliferation of VSMC and prevent atherosclerosis. There is no species difference in this inhibition.
