我国加入世贸组织之后,国内保险业经过了深入的市场改革,使得保险业发生了巨大的变化。市场经济的快速发展,使得人们对保险的需求发生了变化。为了满足市场及人们的需求,寿险公司就要对原有的营销模式进行改革,并不断的提高营销服务质量,以便更好的满足现实的需求。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,如何满足市场及顾客的需求,提高寿险营销服务质量,已经成为寿险公司值得思考的问题。
After China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic insurance industry has undergone profound market reforms that have brought about tremendous changes in the insurance industry. The rapid development of market economy has made people’s demand for insurance changed. In order to meet the needs of the market and people, life insurance companies should reform the original marketing mode and continuously improve the quality of marketing services in order to better meet the realistic needs. In a fierce market competition environment, how to meet the market and customer needs and improve the quality of life insurance marketing services has become a life insurance company worth considering issues.
