在维修过程中,航空公司对部件故障分布模型的确定缺乏一套完善的理论体系。针对这种情况,采用假设检验的方法进行故障分布模型的确定。首先应用极大似然法对函数参数进行估计,接着采用柯尔莫哥洛夫检验方法对分布模型进行有效性验证,最后应用似然比检验对故障分布模型进行确认。通过工程实例分析,认为上述方法是可行的且符合部件故障分布规律。
In the maintenance process, airline companies to determine the distribution model of the failure of the lack of a sound theoretical system. In view of this situation, the method of hypothesis testing is used to determine the fault distribution model. Firstly, the function parameters are estimated by using the maximum likelihood method. Then the Kolmogorov test method is used to validate the distribution model. Finally, the likelihood ratio test is used to confirm the fault distribution model. Through the engineering example analysis, the above method is considered as feasible and in accordance with the rules of component failure distribution.
