行政事业单位作为兼具行政和管理职能的国家政府部门,是我国社会公共服务机构的重要组成部分,为了最大程度地节约社会资源,同时提高为人民服务的效率,加强行政事业单位的预算管理已成为全社会的共识,此外,采取更加合理的绩效考核方式也将不断提高相关人员的工作积极性。近年来,鉴于行政事业单位中存在的一些问题,针对我国行政事业单位中预算管理和绩效考核的一系列改革正在稳步推进。
