笔者在长期动物实验研究中,摸索出了一个新的小鼠白细胞减少症病理模型(简称白减病模)。结果报告如下。材料和方法一、材料:小鼠(中国医学科学院医学实验动物中心繁育的 NIH 小鼠),25只,雌性,健康,体重18~22g,周龄6~8周,白细胞值10000~20000/mm~3范围,药物:环磷酰胺(简写 CTX)200 mg/瓶,上海十二制药厂生产。二、方法:CTX 按每只50mg/kg 的剂量,腹腔注射,隔日1次,共8次。于注射 CTX 后次日采小鼠尾静脉血,计数白细胞值,隔日1次,观察小鼠白细胞动态变化。
In the long-term animal experimental study, the author explored a new pathological model of mouse leukopenia (abbreviated as white defection model). The results are reported below. Materials and Methods I. Materials: Mice (NIH mice bred by Medical Laboratory Animal Center of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences), 25 females, healthy, weighing 18-22 g, 6-8 weeks of age, white blood cell value 10000-200000/mm Range of ~3 drugs: Cyclophosphamide (abbreviated CTX) 200 mg/bottle, manufactured by Shanghai No. 12 Pharmaceutical Factory. Second, the method: CTX according to each 50mg/kg dose, intraperitoneal injection, every other day, a total of 8 times. On the next day after injection of CTX, tail vein blood was taken from the mice to count white blood cell counts every other day, and the dynamic changes of white blood cells were observed.
